Newfoundland and Labrador Prepares to Crown 2024 Jubilee Trophy Champions

The Newfoundland and Labrador Soccer Association (NLSA) will name its senior women’s champions this week as the Jubilee Trophy Premier League division holds its semi-finals and finals August 8-10.  All games will be held at King George V Pitch in St. John’s.

A full schedule is below.

The winner will represent the province at the Toyota National Championships in Surrey, B.C. over the Thanksgiving weekend. 

Defending provincial and national champions Holy Cross are seeking a ninth straight provincial title. They finished in first place overall with a 13-0-5 record and will open the semi-finals against fourth ranked Paradise (0-18).  The second semi-final will feature second place Feildians (11-3-4) versus St. John’s (7-10-1).   The league will announce its all-star team and regular season award winners in between Thursday’s semi-final matches.

Thursday’s winners will advance to the Jubilee Championship final 2:00 pm Saturday, August 8.
